Tour Overview
The Mövenpick Royal Lily Nile cruise has the lowest fares in our luxury collection, starting at $1,401 per person in a triple cabin for 3 nights. It sails between Luxor and Aswan on Mondays and Fridays, and the fare covers full board, private guided sightseeing and entrance fees to the sites on the program.
Value in numbers
Fares for September to April, per person:
- 3 nights / 4 days: triple $1,401, double $1,675, single $2,649.
- 4 nights / 5 days: triple $1,700, double $1,986, single $3,160.
The triple rate is $274 below the double on the shorter sailing, and $286 below it on the 4-night sailing, which makes the Royal Lily a practical choice for families with older children or three friends sharing.
Solo travelers pay $2,649 for 3 nights, so a friend to share with makes a real difference here.
Where the Royal Lily fits
She suits first-time visitors who want the main monuments of Upper Egypt, attentive service and elegant surroundings, without paying for an all-suite or boutique vessel. Guests who prize a balcony or a very small passenger count may prefer the Sonesta Star Goddess or another ship on our luxury list.
The sightseeing
On the Luxor side expect Karnak, Luxor Temple and the West Bank tombs; in Aswan, Philae is the highlight. Edfu and Kom Ombo fall between the two cities. All visits are private, with an English-speaking guide, and entrance fees to the listed sites are part of the fare. We confirm the sightseeing order for your departure at booking.
Because the guide is private, a family can ask for shorter stops for younger travelers or more time at the places that interest them most, within the day’s plan.
Not in the fare
International flights, the Egypt visa, optional tours, personal extras and tips. Airport meet and greet, private transfers, service charges and taxes are included.
Building a longer trip
Pair the cruise with two or three nights in Cairo through our pyramids and Nile cruise tours, or add an evening sound and light show at Karnak. See the full range of Nile river cruises, and ask our tailor-made team for a quote that includes hotels and flights.
