Once you have selected one of our Egypt tour packages, Nile cruises, or tailor-made itineraries, contact our travel team with your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and any special requirements. We will confirm availability and send you the final itinerary, price, and payment instructions.

For customized journeys, our travel specialists can also design a private itinerary according to your preferred destinations, hotel category, Nile cruise, travel pace, and budget.

A deposit is normally required to secure your reservation and confirm the services included in your itinerary. The required deposit amount may vary depending on the tour, travel dates, hotels, Nile cruise, domestic flights, and other services included.

For most complete travel packages, a 50% deposit may be required to confirm the booking. Different deposit conditions may apply to certain reservations or services, and your travel specialist will clearly advise you of the required amount before payment.

The remaining balance will be confirmed in your booking agreement or invoice. Depending on the services included in your package, the final balance may be paid before arrival or according to the payment arrangements confirmed by our travel team.

Your exact payment schedule will always be provided before you confirm your reservation.

Delta Tours Egypt will never request sensitive card information such as your full credit card number or security code by regular email or WhatsApp.

Most tour quotations are provided in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is clearly specified in your quotation.

For some reservations, we may also provide quotations or payment options in Euros or other currencies. Any applicable exchange rates or payment conditions will be communicated before payment.

Yes. Once your payment has been received and verified, our team will confirm your reservation and provide the relevant booking confirmation and travel documentation.

Depending on your itinerary, your final travel documents may include hotel confirmations, Nile cruise details, domestic flight information, airport transfer arrangements, and your day-by-day itinerary.

Your reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit or agreed payment has been received and the services included in your itinerary have been confirmed by our suppliers.

Because hotels, Nile cruises, domestic flights, and special experiences are subject to availability, we recommend completing the required deposit promptly after receiving your final quotation.

Tour prices are based on the services, availability, exchange rates, government fees, fuel costs, entrance fees, and supplier rates available at the time the quotation is prepared.

Once your reservation has been confirmed and the required payments have been made, we will always aim to protect your confirmed price. However, extraordinary increases in government taxes, entrance fees, aviation charges, fuel surcharges, or other mandatory third-party costs may occasionally require an adjustment.

Any such change would be communicated clearly before additional payment is requested.

Yes, whenever possible. If you would like to change your travel dates, hotels, Nile cruise, excursions, domestic flights, or other elements of your itinerary, contact our team as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes remain subject to availability and may involve additional charges or supplier amendment fees.

Yes. Optional experiences can usually be added before arrival and, in many cases, during your trip depending on availability.

Popular additions include private sightseeing tours, Abu Simbel excursions, hot-air balloon flights in Luxor, Nubian Village visits, special tomb entrances, Red Sea extensions, private Nile experiences, and additional airport transfers.

For high-demand experiences, we recommend reserving in advance.

Cancellation conditions depend on how close the cancellation occurs to your arrival date and on the individual cancellation policies of hotels, Nile cruises, airlines, and other suppliers.

Certain services, particularly domestic flights, special hotel rates, Nile cruise reservations, and exclusive experiences, may be partially or completely non-refundable after confirmation.

Domestic flight tickets are subject to the conditions of the airline and the fare booked. Some promotional or restricted fares may be non-refundable or may carry cancellation and amendment fees.

If Delta Tours Egypt is providing your airport arrival service, please inform us as soon as possible about any significant flight delay or schedule change.

Our operations team will coordinate your airport meet-and-assist service and transfer arrangements according to the updated arrival information whenever possible.

Last-minute reservations may be possible depending on availability. However, hotels, luxury Nile cruises, domestic flights, private guides, and special experiences can sell out during busy travel periods.

For the best selection and pricing, we recommend reserving your Egypt tour as early as possible, particularly for Christmas, New Year, Easter, and other peak travel periods.

For luxury travel, highly rated Nile cruises, Christmas and New Year travel, or itineraries requiring specific hotels and exclusive experiences, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance whenever possible.

Your policy should ideally provide coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, travel delays, lost or delayed baggage, and other unexpected situations that could affect your journey.

Travel insurance is generally not included in our tour prices unless explicitly stated.
