Tour Overview

Nebu is a five-star Nile cruise ship known for low occupancy, which means more deck space and a quieter dining room per guest. It sails between Luxor and Aswan on 3-night and 4-night cruises leaving on Saturdays and Wednesdays, a useful alternative when Monday and Friday ships do not fit your flights. Full board, private guided tours and entrance fees are included.

Why the departure days help

Most Nile ships we sell leave on Mondays and Fridays. Nebu’s Wednesday and Saturday departures let you start the cruise straight after a weekend in Cairo or finish in time for a midweek flight home. If your dates are fixed, check Nebu first.

Fares, September to April

Length Double cabin, per person Single cabin, per person
3 nights / 4 days $1,760 $2,680
4 nights / 5 days $1,940 $3,040

The longer sailing adds a night for $180 per person sharing, so the 4-night option is the better buy for most couples.

Single travelers pay $920 more than the sharing rate on the 3-night sailing and $1,100 more on the 4-night one, so the shorter cruise keeps the supplement lower.

Life on board

Cabins are generous, the ship is designed as a five-star retreat, and the light passenger numbers keep the mood relaxed. Good cooking and attentive service round it out. It suits honeymooners, couples and small groups of friends who want peace on deck after mornings at the monuments.

Ashore with your guide

Sightseeing is private with an English-speaking guide. The route usually takes in Karnak, the West Bank of Luxor, Edfu, Kom Ombo and the Aswan sights; we confirm the order for your departure. The fare covers airport meet and greet, private transfers, all meals, entrance fees to itinerary sites, service charges and taxes. Flights, the visa, optional tours and tips are not included.

Plan around it

In Aswan, add a felucca sail in Aswan or a trip to Abu Simbel. Compare Nebu with other ships on our luxury Nile cruise page and in the full Nile river cruises list, or ask our tailor-made team to build the full trip.
