Enjoy a privately guided exploration of Cairo with your expert Egyptologist. Visit the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos—the last surviving Wonder of the Ancient World and one of history’s most extraordinary architectural achievements. Continue to the iconic Great Sphinx, whose lion’s body and royal visage have guarded the necropolis for millennia.
Lunch is served at a carefully selected local restaurant.
Later, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, home to one of the world’s most important collections of ancient Egyptian art, spanning over five thousand years of history. Among its many highlights are the extraordinary treasures of Tutankhamun, including his iconic solid-gold funerary mask.
Return to your hotel at the end of the day.
