Tour Overview
Delta Tours Egypt offers private transfers from Cairo International Airport (CAI) and Sphinx International Airport (SPX) to hotels across Cairo and Giza. The fare is per car, not per traveler, so a family or small group pays one price for the whole vehicle. Rides start from $25 per car one way for a sedan.
What happens when you land
A driver waits for you outside the arrivals building with a sign showing your name. He takes your group to a private air-conditioned vehicle and drives you directly to your hotel. You do not share the car with other passengers. When it is time to leave Egypt, we can collect you from your hotel and take you to the airport at the same price.
Vehicle sizes
We match the vehicle to your group. A sedan takes 1–3 travelers, a minivan takes 4–7, and a larger van or bus handles groups of 8 or more. If you carry extra luggage or sports gear, mention it so we can suggest the right size.
Areas we cover
From CAI we drive to Downtown Cairo, Giza and the Pyramids area, New Cairo and the Fifth Settlement, and 6th of October City. From Sphinx Airport we serve hotels in Cairo and Giza. Cairo traffic varies a great deal by time of day, so we do not quote fixed journey times.

Prices are in US dollars, per car, one way. The reverse direction, hotel to airport, costs the same.
Booking your transfer
Email or message us with your flight number, arrival airport, date, hotel name and the number of travelers. If you need child seats, ask when you book. We confirm cancellation terms along with your booking, so you know them before you travel.

Tour Itinerary
Once you land at Cairo International Airport or Sphinx International Airport and collect your bags, head out of the arrivals building. Your driver will be waiting outside with a sign bearing your name. He walks you to a private air-conditioned vehicle sized for your group and drives you directly to your hotel in Cairo or Giza. Journey length depends on traffic at the time you arrive. On your last day, the same service runs in reverse, from your hotel back to the airport.

- 0 – 1.99 years: Free of charge (except for flight tickets where airline rules apply).
- 2 – 5.99 years: Pay 25% of adult price (if there is a flight tickets).
- 6 – 11.99 years: Pay 50% of adult price (sharing parents’ room/cabin).
- 12 years and above: Considered an adult and pay full price.

- If a child requires a separate room, the full adult rate applies.

Every price is per car, one way, starting from $25 for a sedan from CAI to Downtown Cairo, Giza or New Cairo. The final fare depends on the route and the vehicle size your group needs.
A driver meets you outside arrivals with a name sign and takes you in a private air-conditioned vehicle straight to your hotel. Nobody else shares the car.
Give us your flight number when you book so we can arrange the pickup around your arrival. Tell us about any changes to your flight as early as possible.
Ask about child seats when you make your booking and tell us your children’s ages. We will confirm what is possible before you arrive.
